Herbal syrups are easy to make and can be used to help treat and prevent a variety of ailments—from colds to coughs, and so many things in between!  

 “Farmden”er Nicole Orens-Williams and north fork herbalist April Alexander will show you how to make herbal syrups and share a few of their favorite recipes. Participants will make and take with them an elderberry-echinacea syrup and an elecampane-rose hip syrup.
