Phaseolus coccinus

Multi-colored beans lead to red flowers that attract butterflies and hummingbirds.  Needs support and will climb up to 10’. The small snap beans (4") can be eaten, or allow to swell and mature to 8" pods and enjoy the gorgeous dry beans in meals, crafts, and next year in the garden.  

Scarlet Emperor has purple-black beans. Hestia Dwarf does not need support.
